Swimwear fabrics often include nylon, spandex, and lycra, which are durable, yet when exposed to harsh sunlight, chlorine, or hot tubs over time, can become compromised. To keep your bikini looking fresh all summer, rinse your swimwear by hand in lukewarm water with a mild soap or specialty detergent after your fun day in the sun. Lay flat in a single layer to dry. DO NOT lay garments on light colors, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Last but not least, remember that tanning products and lotions/oils can damage swimwear fabric. We recommend washing your bikini immediately after use.
