Robin Hood Storybook Porcelain Limoges Box

The outlaw of Sherwood Forest takes his place on the cover of this porcelain storybook, ready to rob from the rich and give to the poor. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, crafted in Limoges, France, is shaped like a book of legend.

Arrows From Sherwood

Robin Hood, Maid Marian, Little John and Friar Tuck have been favorites of ballads, novels and films for centuries. This book brings the green forest legend into a porcelain library, where the hero's daring and good humor feel right at home among other classic tales.

Merry Men on the Bookshelf

Line it up with other book shaped boxes for a small porcelain library, or group it with castles, crowns and knights for a medieval corner. It also fits a study or reading nook, where it can sit beside a well worn copy of the ballads themselves.

Bullseye Occasions

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• A strong pick for a folklore, legend or storybook collection
• A fun present for an archer, a reader or a history teacher

Archery club members, Renaissance fair regulars and anyone who grew up on tales of the merry outlaw will enjoy this one. It suits a birthday, a library volunteer thank you or a retirement for a teacher who spent years reading aloud. The legend of a generous rebel never goes out of style, and this little book keeps it close at hand.
